Terms & Conditions
These terms describe purchases, tickets, merchandise, participation, refunds, liability and complaint options for Besa Festival.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Organiser and scope
These terms apply to use of besafestival.dk, purchase or reservation of tickets, purchase or enquiries about merchandise, participation in Besa Festival and collaboration with Besa Illyrica as organiser.
Besa Festival is organised by Besa Illyrica, CVR 45671372, c/o Redjep Redjepi, Doris Lessings Vej 53C, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark.
2. Prices, payment and order confirmation
Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT where relevant. Any fees, delivery costs or payment costs must be shown before final payment.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered on the website or by the organiser. An agreement is only binding when the purchase has been completed or when the organiser has confirmed the reservation in writing.
3. Tickets and admission
- Tickets are personal or linked to a unique ticket code if this is stated on the ticket.
- Guests must be able to show a valid ticket at the entrance. Copies, misused codes or resale in breach of the terms may be refused.
- The organiser may make necessary programme changes, time adjustments, safety measures and admission controls for the sake of guests, artists, authority requirements and festival operations.
- Children, group tickets, special seating areas and any companion arrangements follow the information shown on the ticket page or in the order confirmation.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Tickets for cultural events held on a specific date or within a specific period are normally exempt from the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal. Tickets are therefore generally not refunded unless otherwise stated or the event is cancelled.
If Besa Festival is cancelled, ticket buyers will generally be entitled to a refund of the ticket price or an offer of a new date, depending on the specific situation. Payment, ticket or handling fees may be excluded if a third-party provider has clearly stated this.
If the event is moved, materially changed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control, we will assess a reasonable solution based on Danish law, authority requirements, safety and the specific information given at purchase.
5. Merchandise
Merchandise can be purchased, reserved or requested through the website or by direct contact. Product images, sizes and colours are indicative, but we do our best to describe products correctly.
For distance purchases of physical goods, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, unless the product is custom-made, clearly personalised, used beyond ordinary inspection or otherwise exempt under the law. The customer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed or the product is defective.
Complaints about defects or missing items must be sent to the organiser as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered.
6. Conduct, safety and liability
- Guests must follow instructions from the organiser, venue staff and authorities.
- Harassment, violence, threats, illegal items, dangerous behaviour or damage to the festival area may result in removal without refund.
- Participation is at your own risk, but the organiser takes reasonable steps to create a safe, inclusive and accessible event.
- The organiser is not liable for losses, delays or changes caused by circumstances outside the organiser's reasonable control, including authority requirements, extreme weather, force majeure, illness among performers or supplier failure.
7. Photo, video and press
Atmosphere photos and video may be taken at the festival area for documentation, press and marketing of Besa Festival. We try to respect guests' privacy and remove reasonable identifiable images upon request unless we have a legitimate reason to keep them.
Professional photo, video or press activity requires prior agreement with the organiser.
8. Complaints and governing law
Please contact us first at Rexhep.aka.reggie@gmail.com if you have a complaint, so we can try to find a solution. Consumers may also complain to relevant Danish complaint bodies, including the Consumer Complaints Mediation Team at Nævnenes Hus, if the conditions for handling the complaint are met.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes are handled by the Danish courts unless mandatory consumer rules give you other rights.
